How It Works

Dust laden air enters the BDC collector through a side inlet and passes across cartridge or bag filters. The filter media strips dust and particles, allowing clean air to pass up and out of the system. Meanwhile, larger particles fall downward into a discharge drawer or drum.

Designed for online or downtime filter cleaning, the BDC uses a reverse pulse cleaning system that briefly blasts compressed air through the filters. This pulsing dislodges collected particles and pushes contaminants into the collection bin.
