How It Works

The VCC draws oil and coolant mist in through an inlet plenum. Collected oil flows through the oil drain at the bottom of the inlet plenum, where three stages of filtration occur. First, an oil impingement baffle pre-filter stops large particles. Next, an aluminum mesh pre-filter collects smaller particles. Last, submicron particles are removed with a deep extended surface oil bag. Clean air is released back into the facility through the top outlet of the unit.
