Save money and maximize the performance of your dust collector with the DPC Digital Pressure Control Panel. The DPC gauge allows users to program their cartridge dust collector for on-demand cleaning—or to pulse clean only when necessary.
Operators simply set differential pressure levels indicating the point at which the system should pulse clean. When the pressure exceeds the high point, it pulses until it gets back to an acceptable level, thus minimizing the number of pulses required to clean the system’s cartridges. As a result, filters last longer, less energy is used and cleaner air is returned to the workspace.
UAS also offers an all inclusive panel that houses the DPC gauge, disconnect, contactor and overloads, step-down transformers, start/stop push buttons and terminal strips and wiring.
