How It Works

Typically used with a containment booth, the MCB Cross Ventilation dust collector draws in dirty air through its large louvered doors. Airborne contaminants are captured within high-efficiency cartridge filters, and cleaned air is sent upward and out the top of the system.

At the same time factory air is being cleaned, a blast of air is periodically sent through the center of unobstructed filters, causing dust to “pulse” off into large capacity dust drawers for easy disposal. Changing filters is also fast and simple using the MCB’s cam-action locking bar. Just open the louver doors, unlock the bars and slide out used cartridges.
